RYLA

Arthog 2023

I was sponsored by the Formby Rotary Club to participate in RYLA a leadership course in Arthog an Outdoor Education Centre on the coast of Wales.

When we arrived to Arthog we were sorted into three groups, I was placed in the green group were we came up with our company name "Green Evolution" logo and motto "...with a sense of chaos" to complete challenges to earn RYLA Dollars which we needed to build our raft.

My group worked well throughout the week learning and building on our leadership skills

over a wide range of activities from business games to, hiking, climbing, canoeing and rafting which lead to my team winning RYLA Arthog 2023.
